If you follow Integritas, you know we are extreme people lovers in addition to being “Michiana’s Most Connected Recruiters! One of our all-time favorite movies is “It’s a Wonderful Life”. As most of you might know from repeated holiday viewings, the movie’s central message is being present in other people’s lives while helping them in ways that are not always direct. Now, Michiana is not Bedford Falls and it’s not Chicago either, but somewhere in between. To us, Michiana still has a ‘”small town” feel and at Integritas, we are ever so thankful to be live here in this great community and be able to help our friends and neighbors – people that we know – as they seek their next role or look to build their team.
