Legally-Blind Young Professional Opens Michiana’s Newest Recruiting Firm:

South Bend, Indiana – Lifelong South Bend resident Mike Niedbalski announces the formation of Michiana’s newest professional recruiting and placement firm.

Integritas Search, LLC opened for business on February 26, 2008. It’s mission is, “Continued Growth of Integrity Based Partnerships with Organizations and Accounting Professionals.” The company will focus on permanent and temporary placement of accounting and finance professionals at all levels.

Niedbalski, who has 12 years of experience in the local employment market, has been legally-blind since he was 20 years old, a junior at Purdue University in 1992. He was diagnosed with a rare optic nerve condition causing loss of central vision.
