If you follow Integritas, you know we are extreme people lovers in addition to being “Michiana’s Most Connected Recruiters! One of our all-time favorite movies is “It’s a Wonderful Life”. As most of you might know from repeated holiday viewings, the movie’s central message is being present in other people’s lives while helping them in ways that are not always direct. Now, Michiana is not Bedford Falls and it’s not Chicago either, but somewhere in between.
