PRESIDENT / CHIEF OPERATIONS OR MARKETING OFFICERF – A Notre Dame MBA alum currently living in Chicago but open to relocation to the Michiana area due to family and friend ties here.  Excellent track record of results in leadership through collaboration with mid-size companies of 200+ employees.  Candidate has international experience in multiple countries and is conversational in Spanish and German.  Looking for a new challenge and flexible on title and type of leadership role.  A creative, strategic-minded, and competitive executive who would have a positive impact on any company!

HUMAN RESOURCES BUSINESS PARTNER – Wow!  This HR candidate will be a great find for any local company.  Having worked remote and commuting for the last 10 years for a company outside of Michiana, this candidate has decided it’s time to find something local and is open to companies in St. Joe or Elkhart Counties and southwest Michigan.  Candidate has been an effective manager of benefits and payroll groups, trained business unit leaders on policies, handled employee relations issues regularly, involved in recruiting for numerous business units nationally, and even involved in the parent company’s “Transformation Center”, planning short and long term goals.

CONTROLLER – (Available for temp or direct-hire!)  A CPA currently in transition and actively looking in the local area.  Excellent detail in division or plant financial oversight, experience in multiple ERP systems, to include working on systems conversions, strong analysis and reporting, cost accounting, and international experience – OK for some travel!  A diligent and thorough accountant with above average communication skills!

ASSISTANT CONTROLLER / CONTROLLER – Over ten years of experience which includes past public accounting, then roles in manufacturing to include financial analysis, general accounting, and accounts payable and accounts receivable oversight, including management of those functions.  Candidate is very bright and energetic, solidly poised for continued growth, just focusing on an opportunity in the Elkhart area.

CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICE / CHIEF OPERATIONS OFFICER – “Emerging Talent” already at the C-Level and seeking continued growth and challenge.  This candidate is a CPA with public accounting followed by more recent experience in manufacturing, where involvement has gone beyond accounting oversight to include operations and efficiencies, capital investment and continuous improvement / “lean” implementation.  Fluent in Spanish, willing to travel, relocate, and even purchase a business!

COST ACCOUNTANT / GENERAL ACCOUNTING MANAGER – (Available for temp or direct-hire) This candidate just finished a three-month assignment with an INTEGRITAS client, and did an excellent job working in general ledger, month-end close, cost accounting, and heavy Excel use.  Background prior demonstrates progression in roles, from accounts payable and receivable roles, into deeper accounting and general ledger work, and then job cost and other areas.  Great attitude and work ethic.  Needs South Bend or southwest Michigan.

CUSTOMER SERVICE / OFFICE MANAGER – (Available for temp or direct-hire)  After several years with family’s business, this candidate is in an active search for a new position.  Complete with British accent and a positive, high-energy personality, actual experience includes accounting work in QuickBooks, handling of all administration areas for the business, “disgustingly organized” in the candidate’s words, and heavy interaction with customers nationwide, from new orders to handling problems or complaints.  Very poised and comfortable with executive level people!

HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER – Candidate has ten years of experience and is well-versed in payroll, benefits, recruiting, onboarding, and employee relations has been involved with numerous employee issues in a manufacturing environment.  An expert level ADP administrator, safety, and FMLA work add to this well-rounded background.  Easy going and approachable person!

HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST – Ready for a demanding management role!  Lots of recruiting experience in a fast-paced staffing firm in many types of manufacturing settings make this candidate a great addition to any HR team.  Onboarding schedules, payroll, and implementation of complex HRIS systems have been more recent projects.  Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources while working – a real Go-getter, goal oriented, positive, high-energy HR Pro!
