What a March! As many of you have observed and shared, recruiting remains difficult, with fewer numbers of people replying to ads, along with higher pay expectations and some candidates wanting hybrid work arrangements. Our local business intel groups and referral friends in Michiana echo this while also sharing cautious optimism about the economy and 2023 outlook!
